Beamtrace
by Elfsight
A blog built from zero,
measured month by month.
In January 2026 the Beamtrace blog didn't exist — everything below is the trajectory since then.
a 712× climb in six months
Nearly half of Beamtrace's search visibility now comes from the blog
The whole site grew fast over the same months — from 24 impressions in January to 521,380 in July — and the blog's slice of that grew with it, taking 44% of beamtrace.com's search visibility.
Bar height is total site impressions that month; the filled portion is the blog's share.
How it happened
The blog launches. No articles, no impressions, no backlinks.
First backlinks arrive. Google starts crawling and indexing articles.
Impressions break six figures as articles reach competitive queries.
Peak month. 44% of all site impressions, 47 referring domains.
The site is no longer found only by people who already know Beamtrace.
Before, more than nine in ten search visitors already searched for “Beamtrace.” Now nearly a third arrive on questions about the category itself — AI visibility, brand mentions in ChatGPT, and more. That non-branded share is still widening every month.
From page 7 to page 2
In February the blog averaged position 68 — seven pages deep, effectively invisible. Authority, backlinks and better intent-matching kept pulling it up: 56 in March, 32 in May, 18 in June, 13.5 in August. Several articles now sit in the top three for their target keywords.
Plotted so that up means better. The dashed line is the top of page 2.
Backlinks the blog earned along the way
Two domains in March, 8 by April, 16 by May, 32 by June, 56 by August. Unique websites, not total links — and the pace is still increasing.
Domain Rating is logarithmic: every point above 50 costs more than the one before it. Six points in seven months, with the blog's 56 referring domains feeding directly into it.
This is a snapshot of a curve that is still moving.
